Lorna Luft is Hollywood Royalty. With Judy Garland as her mother, and Liza Minelli as her sister, she was always destined for success as one of the world’s greatest singers and actresses. She joins us for a chat in Australia, straight off a flight from Los Angeles (and doesn’t she look fabulous!). Amongst many things, we cover her thoughts on children of famous celebrities today (look out Michael Jackson), the Wicked musical and her new West End show ‘Babes in Arms’.
While in the studio, we asked Lorna Luft to muster all her creative energy to paint a picture. It’s autographed by Lorna Luft and all proceeds will be donated to the Australian Red Cross. Thanks Lorna!

‘How ya’ doon, Lorna?’ Patty, here. Last I saw you we met again after many years at the stage door of the Paramount Theatre in Seattle where you played Adelaide in GUYS AND DOLLS on tour. We were schoolmates at University High (Uni). You’re as beautiful and entertaining as ever.
I continue to act, professionally here in Portland, Oregon and Regionally primarily on the stage and occasionally on screen. I’ll be in Broadway Rose’s upcoming production of BINGO, THE MUSICAL in the role of Minnie this Fall.
